”This is a cute boutique hotel in the midst of bigger, fancier hotels. Very clean, and incredibly helpful staff, and they've thought of everything that might be useful in a small hotel room (coffee maker, coffee, microwave, mini-fridge, closet and drawers, etc.) My only small complaint is that it feels like a strange place to save money to ration water in a town where the drinking water is unsafe--I would encourage them to reconsider that. Complaint made, there is a Kiosko very close by, so...

”The room was super pretty but the hotel is far away from the town of San Pancho. You will either have to walk 15 minutes to the town or pay 100 MXN to a taxi to take you to town. the staff was helpful, rooms were clean, but our shower did not have hot water and pools were a bit dirty.”
