”Parking could be a bit of a challenge on a busy weekend. The toilet in the bathroom was very low..almost like a children's toilet. Not very good for the older crowd., difficulties getting up and down. Pillows were very over stuffed into too small pillowcases...get larger pillowcases and the pillows would be more comfortable. Lost remote...staff very helpful finding it. Denny's next door was very convenient for breakfasts. Staff very pleasant.”

”TV was only in the living area TV remote was not programmed for the TV Coffee and cups were available, but not a coffee machine. Front desk was only open from 9am to 9pm. Very questionable clientele in a very shady area. If you’re on a stringent budget it’s fine, but for a few dollars more you can do much better.”

”We enjoyed our stay and the location was nice and central. In order to get a 5 star review, please include that private bathrooms are not in each room and that the only bathroom option is shared bathroom. I booked this expecting a private bathroom. My husband and I recommend renovating and making some of the rooms have a private bathroom with shower. We would love to come again if you provide a private washroom next time! Also it was very hot in the room. No fan or ac provided.”

”Our three-night stay at Canada’s Best Value Inn & Suites Vernon was unacceptable from beginning to end. When we arrived, the person checking us in immediately complained that we had booked through a third-party platform. He repeatedly emphasized that the hotel would receive only approximately $400 even though we had paid around $550 for the three nights. That was completely irrelevant to us as paying guests.
