”Its a clean hotel with a great staff and great location. However, for me the lack of a desk and chair and ceiling lights in the bedroom was an issue.”

When she informed the hotel, they demanded that she produce photos of the bedbugs, which was extremely rude and disrespectful, especially since they could see the bites on her ankle and how painful it was. ”The lobby is being remodeled so there is no access to it; the picture on the website should be removed or this should be noted. However, check in was quick/efficient. Parking was adequate. The entrance to the halls smells heavily of smoke, etc. Thankfully the room did not smell of smoke. The TV was unavailable through the rain. Bedding, towels, toiletries were adequate. The shower provided only extremely hot water making it unusable. The AC worked properly.”

”Pros: breakfast was okay, you have the choices of making a waffle, eating 2 different kinds of cereals, or a couple different pastries/bagles. No protein and no drinks besides coffee and the gallon of milk they put in a bowl of ice water but don’t worry there are $3 drinks in the vending near front desk. ”We had a short overnight stay, and the location was the main reason we chose this hotel. While the location was convenient, the rooms and overall property need significant improvement. The accommodations felt outdated, and the overall condition did not meet our expectations. It was adequate for one night, but I would hope to see updates and better maintenance in the future.”
