La maison est sympathique, la cour encore plus mais il y a certaines modifications à faire dans l'annonce : - PAS DE PARKING il faut se garer dans la rue et cela peut être très longtemps.. (45 min) - 1 salle de bain et 2 WC (Pas de 2 salle de bains) De plus la salle de bain à besoin d'être bien mieu nettoyer... En particulier la baignoire et le tapis de douche. Pas d'eau chaude depuis Samedi malgré le nécessaire de Sebastian. À revoir mais dans l'ensemble...

”I thought I had booked an apartment in the suburbs and found myself in a beautiful house in a calm rurban setting. The house is clean, fresh and well-equipped. The beds look old but very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with basic necessities such as salt, oil, and coffee filters. We were welcomed by a bottle of red and typical Mallorquin biscuits. The village of Son Sardina is nearby with grocery stoors and bakery.”

”Der geräumige Garten und die vielen Zimmer ermöglichen es, dass man die Urlaubszeit bestmöglich miteinander verbringen kann. Eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Grill komplettieren die Gesamterscheinung. Das historisch eingerichtete Haus bietet ein hervorragendes Ambiente für den Urlaub mit der Großfamilie. Unsere fünf Kinder konnten sowohl spielen, die auch sich gegebenenfalls aus dem Weg gehen. ;) gelegenes Restaurant am Ende der Straße bietet lokale Kost, sowie Pizza und man konnte entspannt zu...

”My wife and I stayed here for a week for our Honeymoon in Mallorca. WE LOVED IT. The house was just great. Couches to lounge in and see the outdoors. Plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Great bathroom. Host was fantastic. Just a text away and helped out if we ever needed anything. Lots of great food spots within a 15 minute walk. Beach just a 15 minute walk. Bus stops are literally outside the door. Quick and easy bus into Downtown Palma. We loved everything and will definitely...

”Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen, feinen Haus in Génova sehr genossen - alles in bestem Zustand, ein großartiger Blick über die Bucht von Palma jeden Morgen zu genießen, das war schon 'premium'!! Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was benötigt wird. Ein bisschen 'nervig' war der Lärm, der von der Baustelle oberhalb des Hauses kam. Aber, das ist wohl derzeit ein Problem auf (fast) ganz Mallorca...”

”Das Haus und das Grundstück nützt leider ihr Potenzial nicht aus. Außenanlagen/Garten nicht gepflegt aber funktional. Bei einer 10 Betten Unterkunft nur 2 Kaffeetassen vorhanden. Die Türen in beiden Bädern lassen sich nicht absperren (Türstock ausgebrochen). Der Wasserhahn der Küchenspüle war defekt was aber von der Hausverwaltung innerhalb 36 Std. repariert wurde. Handtücher / Bettzeug sauber und vorhanden. Wissen muss man das der Ort über eine ca. 3km Serpentinenstraße zu erreichen ist....

”Hotelli sijaitsee aivan rannan tuntumassa ja parvekkeelta on upea näköala pienvenesatamaan ja merelle. Huoneet ja kalusteet ovat vähän sinnepäin, vanhanaikaiset, korjattua ja eriparia. Huoneisto on kuitenkin tilava ja sängyt hyvät. Pussilakanat olisi kyllä kivat... Keittiössä on kaasuliesi uunilla ja siellä sai laitettua hyvin ruokaa. Keittiön varustus oli erittäin askeettinen, ei edes tiskiharjaa tai rättiä ja saksetkin käytiin ostamassa. Samoin kaikki puhdistus- ja pesuaineet kaupasta. Kevyt...

”We stayed as a family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our week here. The staff were lovely and the pool always clean with plenty of sunbeds. The rooms were basic but absolutely fine, the pillows a little hard but not a problem. We didn't have any accessibility issues and so the many steps leading to the shops and beach were not a problem, the exercise was probably needed! The strip is a bit touristy, lots of restaurants and we hired a boat on one day for €210 for four hours and it was fantastic!...
