Nice apartment
Good location for Confrence Center. Easy and cheap connection to airport (S2 S-bahn). Very nice and practical service - easy to get in also after offical reception time. Good breakfast.

Sehr freundliches Personal,große und saubere Zimmer,ruhig,alles vorhanden was man braucht,wie eine kleine Wohnung. Und der Preis ist unschlagbar. Also rundum zufrieden. Wenn ich wieder nach Dresden komm,werd ich mich auf jeden fall wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.

Was a really nice stay. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Some parts could be cleaned a bit better, but in general it was quite a clean and tidy apartment. It's also close (walking distance) to the city center and you have several public transport options in the area.

Awesome stay.
This place is great! They do not have a 24 hour reception but the self check in was fast and easy. The room was spotless and cleaned fully every three days. Even at 10am on New Years Day! We declined that one and just took some towels LOL We stayed for two weeks. The layout and the large windows gave a very open feel to the room. There was enough room for us to have visitors and not be crowded. The windows open to give some fresh air. The kitchen has a two burner stove, tea kettle and coffee machine. Enough room for two people to cook. It was missing an egg flipper/spatula and a microwave. A microwave would have been a handy addition. We cooked a lot in the room. Saves a lot of money to do that. A block away from the tram stop or sbahn. Two blocks from a grocery store, Rewe. And a great coffee shop right next door. This place just had a really good vibe. I would highly recommend it. The price was more than reasonable for what we received.

Our family journey to Dresden was memorable. The hotel is close to the Zwinger and all of the delights of the Altstadt. I have spent a lot of time in Dresden, gaining my B2 language certificate at the Goethe Institute but it was the first time for my two daughters and son-in-law. As conservation architects they thoroghly enjoyed their time in Dresden. Many thanks to Paul Kirsch for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr sauber und alles, was man benötigte, war vorhanden. Eine gute zentrale Lage, fussläufig alles , was uns wichtig war, erreichbar. An der Rezeption hat man uns begrüßt und sogar unser Auto konnten wir etwas länger stehen lassen

Our apartment was beautiful. Spacious, very new, clean and well outfitted. Property management was very responsive when we checked in after hours and helpful with booking a taxi. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Absolutely beautiful apartment, very large, clean and comfortable with a little balcony overlooking a garden - perfect for summer. Big well-equipped kitchen area, decent bathroom, great location for both the train station and the city centre, and lovely staff, who were really helpful when I was delayed and arriving after the reception was closed. Couldn't really ask for more. Dresden is a lovely city and a great base for the surrounding countryside, which is gorgeous.

Van daaruit is alles heel goed te bereiken lopen of evt met een electrisch ministepje. Het sportpark maar ook de diverse binnenstaddelen en restaurants. Heerlijk ruim, schoon en licht apartement. Fijn en vriendelijk ontvangst bij de receptie. 1 klein nadeel is dat de lift in dit gebouw eindigt op de tussen etage, dus je koffer moet nog een paar treden worden getild, voor ons was dat geen probleem.

Hotel Hervorragend, Hotels.com sehr schlecht!
Die Kommunikation an mich über Hotels.com hat NICHT geklappt. Sehr schlecht! Die Nachricht des Hotels zum Schlüsselsafe und Eingangscode kam über Hotels. com nicht rechtzeitig bei mir an, erst nach dem Aufenthalt - 1 Tag verspätet. Das hat mich viel Zeit gekostet!

Over charged place. Very basic furniture in an old building. The cushion of the lounge chair looks dirty might never cleaned. No air condition only a very small fan. For this kind of price don’t worth it. Reception was also very cold.

Im Nebengebäude war es mit Kinderwagen etwas schwierig, da der Aufzug nur „zwischen“ die Etagen gefahren ist. Zu zweit war es zwar möglich, aber zum Beispiel für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht geeignet. Zumindest bei unserem Zimmer. Ansonsten war alles sehr sauber, gemütlich und sehr ruhig! Sehr gerne wieder!

mir war nicht klar, dass ich ein vollkommen aseptisches, Personen freies Hotel gebucht hatte. Und dass ich ein Dachzimmer hatte. Das ist nichts schlimmes, aber für mich war es blöd, dass ich noch schlecht beleuchtete Stufen nach dem Fahrstuhl laufen musste. Spooky. Für ältere Damen wie mich, ist das nichts. Sonst war alles super.

Das Appartment ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Küche tipp topp! Das Bad ist schön groß, hier waren leider Haare vom Rauswischen am Boden geklebt. Die Heizung lief wunderbar, was um diese Zeit nicht in jedem Hotelzimmer der Fall ist. Geparkt haben wir in einem Parkhaus um´s Eck. Nicht schön, wenn es regnet. Die eigenen Parkplätze waren alle ausgebucht, hat uns die Dame an der Rezeption gleich gesagt. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen, bei einem Besuch im wunderschönen Dresden! :-)

Great place, super location and spacious rooms.
Very roomy and clean space. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is only a couple blocks from the Old Town Center and a 5 min walk from a major Train station (S-Bahn and DB) The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. The fridge actually cools (not like not most Hotel Mini-Fridges). Overall you get a lot of value and don't feel like living out of a small hotel room! We would stay here again!

The apartment was spacious clean in the personal laundry was a god surprise. The Hotel don’t have a laundry machine neither the dryer so the personel of you hotel take care of it, clean my clothes and brought it back to my room. Also parking is available if reservation with the reception.
