”I checked in and it was extremely warm in the cabin. I immediately turned down the AC and left to go get groceries hoping in the mean time it would down inside the cabin. When I returned, it was actually warmer. This is Texas summer heat! It was not cooling down. I called the company and got a call center who took my information and then informed me no one could come ou t until “possibly” tomorrow. I was not about to sweat during my vacation in this cabin in this summer heat for that price. I...

”This review is more about the hosts than the property itself, because we ended up at another location. That said, my opinion of the host is very positive! There was a last minute issue with the property, so the host contacted me and offered to relocate us to a different house nearby that could accommodate my group. The replacement house was very nice, comfortable, immaculately clean and they really did think of everything in terms of the supplies needed at the house! Comfy beds and amazing deck!...

”We had a wonderful time staying here! The host was very nice with keeping us updated about the weather (very rainy), but being up high we stayed rather dry. The house is at great location with a short stroll to the creek, we enjoyed seeing the plant life and the sitting on the porch watching the birds in the morning. Would highly recommended staying here for a nice quiet stay away from the world.”

”The house was clean and family friendly. Also whenever I had questions the host was very friendly and quick to respond. The location was out in the country side and it was peaceful. The only things that would have been helpful to know before was that the driveway was washed out and if our car had been lower to the ground it would have been impossible to get to the house. And also the address for the house doesn’t come up on Apple or Google Maps. There are directions provided on the welcome email...
