”We had to stay at the Rock Inn last minute for a wedding after our airbnb fell through and it was so much better than our original plans. The staff was so helpful and kind, the food was amazing (we had dinner there, as well as the breakfast included with the room fee), and the old pub interiors were so cozy. The Cromwell Arms. It truly is a Pleasure to always give this place a visit when we’re in Devon. We booked a double room, excellent bed and such a great sleep. Room has free WiFi, Tea/Coffee/Milk, Kettle ect…
The only criticism I’d make is the tv in the corner wasn’t in the best place to watch as after a while our neck began to ache with facing to the right for so long, also tv could do with being a little larger.

”We stayed in the garden suite. It was lovely. My only criticism would be that one of the legs on the futon in the living room area was broken. Our Daughter said the bed in the smaller bedroom wasn't very comfortable so we used spare duvets and a blanket to make it more comfortable. The small garden area was ideal for our dogs to be able to give them some space to toilet etc. The food in the pub was very nice, my only criticism would be the lack of vegetarian options. Overall we enjoyed our stay....
