Elmbridge Farm Swallows Lodge

The Swallows is our luxurious, contemporary first-floor penthouse with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so it's perfect for a larger family or group of up to five guests.

One of the stand-out features of this superb lodge is the fabulous panoramic view over the lake from the spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which leads onto a decked terrace with glass balcony.

On the terrace there's furniture and a barbecue for al fresco dining and a few sundowners.

The high-quality kitchen is well-equipped with granite worktops, an American fridge freezer with filtered cold-water dispenser, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The master bedroom has a generous super king size zip and link bed, which can be made up as twin beds on request, and a Smart TV. The en-suite bathroom and dressing room has a huge walk-in shower with an Italian-style vanity unit, WC, heated electric towel rail and built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom two has twin beds and the family bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.
