”We stayed here for 6 days and it was wonderful. The cottage is super cozy and has everything you need. The communication with Steph was perfect all the time and she was always helpful. The cottage is a bit far off in the nature so you'd definitely want to have a car for your stay. ”The Dairy cottage was a perfect location for us, a 1.5 hr drive to all the destinations we wanted to see while there in Ireland! The hosts were very kind and willing to go the extra mile. We suggest going into town to the local pub for a pint…. Owner very nice and welcoming!”

”Just Beautiful!! Inside and out! I loved staying there. Watching the cows being moved from one pasture to another. I hosted a Birthday. lunch for a few of my cousins . So much room. It was fabulous. I saw Jeanette at a near by restaurant . Was so glad I could tell her how happy we all were with her beautiful home!☘️”

”We had an amazing time at the cottage. Located close to Leap Castle and Birr Castle so there is tons to do. The drives to either are about 4-10 min. The welcome party are 3 sweet dogs who my nephew got to explore with. He was excited to be sharing a wall with a working cattle farm and seeing the cows. The house was clean and new. Off the main road and tucked away so you enjoy the quiet and ✨ stars . Will definitely be calling again in a few years for next trip!!!!”

”The cottage was very comfortable. It had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The location was central to all the places we visited. We enjoyed our daily drives through the countryside and having a relaxing place to stay when we returned each evening. On our final day, we enjoyed touring the local area and found that there was plenty to do in or near Mountshannon. It was nice taking a break from driving. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early...

”From the minute we stepped foot into this property, we felt at home. We were met with sparkling clean accommodations, breathtaking views, a bowl of fruit on the table, and coffee and teabags in the counter! The rooms were all comfortable and attractive, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, towels, tea pots, coffee press, sugar, spices, etc. We had a wonderful holiday at Shannon View, and recommend it highly! ”
