”The property was very clean and would suit 2/3 couples or a larger family. The only drawback is the small garden, but with such gorgeous beaches a short drive away we didn't worry too much about not being able to access outside space. We really enjoyed the close proximity to amenities in Ardara, as the wee town has a number of pubs, cafes and shops all within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Ardara - we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed everything the area...

”Such a quiet and cosy place. In 20 minutes you are at New Ross. Very charming cottage. Bedding comfortable, convenient bathroom. Nice little garden, well equipped kitchen with all equipment you could think about.”

”Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky. We killed two sizeable spiders in the unit. The whole place smelled like chemicals but I couldn’t quite place what they were. Every shower had mold and mildew (and gross amounts of caulking) and mine included a sliver of dried bar soap complete with black speck inside the soap dish. The pillows were the kind you might...

”Ocean's End was the perfect sojourn for us. Tastefully furnished and decorated, with a spacious and more than fully equipped kitchen, we had the best of times during this week in West Cork. Beautiful beaches for daily dips were close at hand (5 min by car or a 30 min walk) and talking to Deidre on our day of arrival made us feel comfortably welcome. Moreover, we found fresh farm eggs, milk, homemade bread, butter and jam in the kitchen, when we got in.”

”This will go down as one of our most memorable holidays. The house was more than what was advertised. You couldn't ask for a more scenic property in Ireland with a view of Lough Corrib. The water was so refreshing. The accommodations were great, the beds were comfortable, and we slept like babies. It was centrally located to most of what we wanted to visit. ”We arrived to find a welcoming fire in the woodburning stove and a lovely country setting. The kitchen was well equipped and bathrooms had basic toiletries. Property has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs and 1 bedroom plus 1 1/2 baths downstairs.We did not have cell service but wifi was fast. The owners were very kind. If ever in the area again we would not hesitate to stay here.”
