”Would have given a 5 star review but unfortunately neither me or my wife could have a shower, water would only come out at super hot no matter how I tried to ad cold it just stayed boiling hot. Both had to wash in the sink as a consequence. We were in room 6”

”When we checked in late on Wednesday evening, the gentleman who assisted us was excellent. He was very helpful, explained everything clearly, and made us feel welcome. He was truly brilliant. However, our experience at breakfast the following morning around 9:30am was very disappointing. There was very little breakfast available, only a few croissants left, and there was no coffee or tea. When we asked a member of staff about plates, we were told there were none available and that we should use...

”Todella mieluisa paikka varsinkin liikematkalaiselle. Aamupala normaalisti klo 7 alkaen, mutta henkilökunta järjesti aikaisemmin, joka oli mieluista. Lisäksi alakerran ravintola ja baari ovat todella viihtyisiä. Pitkän työpäivän jälkeen ei tee mieli matkata kauas, joten alakerta oli todella mieluisa. Puhumattakaan hyvästä ja kohtuu hintaisesta ruuasta.”

The personnel is not welcoming or polite: the reception seemed to be more busy with their own tasks than customers. In the breakfast room the personnel on weekdays nice, but during weekend seemingly on bad mood. ”
