"Great place to stay, a little quieter away from the main drag of Ksamil which is what we wanted. Lots of places to eat nearby or short walk into beach/Ksamil. Bed was a little firm for our liking but room was spacious and clean."

Ok but...
"The beach is great, bed is comfortable and the breakfast is quite good. The downsides: although the building is new, it smells mouldy and I am not typically very sensitive to that. Balcony of room 108 in non-existant (20% of the other balconies) and rhe cleaner left the door open. June first onwards ..."
