”The only down side of the place is how loud the A/C unit was. You should put some non-skid stuff on the bathroom carpet in front of the bathroom sink. We had a guy that turned 82 while we were there, and when he leaned his backside against the sink, the carpet slid out from under him. He cut his arm on the vanity going down. Everything else was excellent. Very convenient to a variety of eating places. ”

”When traveling I want things to be comfortable and easy. This place offered BOTH! Past reviewers mentioned things like small bathroom, not enough seating, out of date toy/gate area. ”Very nice stay. Comfortable for two adults and two children. Ceiling fan was nice to have as I usually like lots of air movement regardless of temperature. All seating (for four) was reclinable which really was a good thing after walking all over the ark encounter and level two zip lining. ”This rental is new and has a very comfortable bed, a well equipped kitchen, quiet neighborhood and an awesome host! The pictures and description on VRBO didn't really describe how nice this place is. The bedrooms could use a chair and table to set things on. Being new there were two water related issues that need to be fixed, but I feel sure they will be fixed very quickly. This is a great place to stay, very quiet with everything you need!
