”Upon arrival to the property we were greeted by a young man with a beautiful smile and excellent attitude that immediately makes us feel welcome. Our room was clean, air conditioning worked properly we chose to sleep in so, we missed breakfast. I am sure it’s delicious.”

”Me cobraron doble estancia, me cobran 100 dls extra al momento de registrarme, y luego al hacer el check out, me dicen que me regresaran a la tarjeta los 100 dls, y no solo no regresaron los 100 dlss si ko que me vuelven a cobrar el hospedaje mas 100 dlss de deposito”

”Everything was great — the hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. We had a really good experience overall and would definitely consider staying here again.”

”1. One of the elevators was broken. 2. Our sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain properly. 3. The breakfast didn’t look or smell fresh and they always closed PROMPTLY at 9. 4. They only turn over rooms every other day but only give you enough coffee/facial wipes/cups/etc for one day. 5. No bottles of water in room. ”

”The property was good, except that the WiFi was very slow in the room at the end of the hallway.”

”Room was ok, smelled moldy tho. Beds were NOT very comfortable. Floors leading to the rooms were dirty. When we got up to go down forcdinner someone had allowed there dog to poop in the hallway. Breakfast was ok, but the turkey patty was ice cold. It was very very average. I personally will not be staying there again ”

”The staff was excellent in the front and they approved my reservation on Expedia to be canceled as I needed. I had reserved a week out and I needed the room the moment I was there in the front. The manager booked the reservation for me that night and I had somewhere to stay without getting double booked. I will continue to stay here every weekend I come to San Antonio, Texas! ”
