”the whole hotel smelled like smoke, dirty room”

”Everything was on point”

”Cars were broken into and we didn’t get a notice that morning. We had to figure that out until we actually went outside. The area is not safe at all. Our sink in the bathroom looked as, if it was going to fall down. The bath tube had a few mold spots. Over all for being a branch of Hilton not worth the stay!!”

”I had a big complaint, one night a had a broking window on my truck and nobody help me plus they never went to my room and told me that I had a broking window i knew when I was leaving😡that is so sad from your behalf, you need to have better security on your property I hope that can resolved the problem need to be gated all the hotel not only for few cars need to take care to the people that book in your property keep better service!!!!”

”I would definitely stay here again. The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. I love that you get breakfast and dinner. The area is conveniently located near the freeway and the hospital.”

”Elevator dysfunction made it untimely going back and forth to our room. Kind of ridiculous only one elevator was working and not to it’s full capacity.”

”Good location, good amenities, breakfast. It is ok for the price but has the same options all days we stayed. The property needs maintenance; the bathroom has no ventilation, rust everywhere, but the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Good stay for a good price.”

”We were only here 2 nights hanging with friends. When we first walked into the lobby area it smelled really clean and looked really nice. Once we got off the elevator towards our room, it smelled really bad. When we opened the door to our room it was stuffy and there was a smell. There was also a roach crawling behind the tv, the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years and the pillows had stains on them. I will not be staying here again.”
