”Me and my family stayed at this hotel for a week. At first, there was a little mess up about one of our rooms (we booked 2 queen size but only got 1) but it wasn’t too big a deal since we were all family anyways. Plus the hotel provided us a small rollover bed. What we really enjoyed was the super friendly staff. Everyone we met at front desk was nice and helpful. ”Our initial room smelled strong like animal urine room 417. There was still spills on the floor that weren't mopped up and hair in the bathroom floor. We moved rooms and the second room was better on third floor. We purchased an additional room for a guest and the staff member that originally made the reservation, made it incorrectly and changed it but then issued when checking in when guest arrived. Another staff member was able to fix it later on. Breakfast was good and included in the hotel...

”Nice hotel. Good variety of hot and cold breakfast items, including the typical Texas shaped waffle iron 😊. I have 4 stars because there were a few minor items in need of maintenance in our room. We gave a list at check out so hopefully those will be addressed. Great location for exploring the north side of San Antonio. Close to shopping and lots of places to eat. I usually take more pictures but I did get one of the amazing local inspired mural in the main lobby area.”

En la segunda habitación, la alfombra muy sucia y olor a humedad. Cortinas rasgadas en ambas habitaciones. Los pasillos y áreas comunes muy sucias.”

”Excellent location right near Six Flags Fiesta Texas. For this location to go up and beyond they should really open up the back drive way to allow travelers to not have to hassle with the highway and be able to head straight to Six Flags. I truly believe that would make them a leading location in the area.”

”They staff are not that helpful, and they never clean my rooms they changed the towels everyday but no cleaning. I spoke with the front desk people and they show no care and the supervisor told me that's personal after I bought the situation to her attention”
