Fijn hotel, zeker ook met kinderen. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn comfortabel en schoon. Ontbijt is prima in orde. Wij hebben hier genoten.

My stay at the resort was excellent overall. However, I had one very bad experience at the reception with one of the nighttime shift managers, named Mr. Ali. He was being very impolite, unpleasant, rude, and not at all customer service-oriented. His actions amply demonstrated that he had no prior experience interacting with hotel visitors. I have been on this property in the past and had no problems at all, but regrettably, due to the actions of one employee, I must rate the staff this time at 1. To be honest, I would have pursued legal action if it had happened to me in the United Kingdom. I would want to ask the upper management of the hotel if they may train their managers to at least have some consideration for the hotel's guests.

객실이 생각보다 컸고 도로 옆이었지만 시끄럽지 않았음. 도로공사중이라 주간에는 공사 소음이 있었으나 전반적으로 만족함

Miles away from everything, rooms are large busy the bathrooms could do with upgrading. No soundproof in rooms, noisy neighbours above and the mosque will wake you at 5am weekdays and 6am weekends. Breakfast not great

Generally a good hotel. Our stay was a mixture of work and leisure - and worked fine for both. No complaint about the room or food. Cleaning was good. Service was - sometimes poor = slow/ late - but in general quite OK.

Wir hatten ein 2-bedroom Apartment. Sehr geräumig! Hotel ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, alles soweit in Ordnung. Frühstück sehr gut, Parkmöglichkeiten ausreichend vorhanden. Mietwagen von Vorteil.

Great hotel! Clean and the service is a 10! The Moroccan lady at breakfast gave us such a welcome feeling! And the Moroccan guy at the counter was very kind and helpful! Definitely will recommend this hotel! :)
