Hyvin ystävällinen palvelu, hotelli on oikein siisti ja aamiainen monipuolinen ja terveellinen. Lisäksi hotelli on hyvin perheystävällinen, vaikka siellä onkin paljon liikematkustajia.

Hieno ja siisti hotelli, hyvä palvelu ja loistava aamupala. Hintaan sisältyy koko perheelle (joka päivä) pääsy vesipuistoon ja Jumeirah Beach hotellin rannalle ja altaille. Myös kuljetukset vesipuistoon ja rannalle ja mm. Dubal Malliin sisältyvät hintaan. Hotellilta saa helposti taksin, jotka ovat kohtuuhintaisia. Hotellilla on pienehkö oma allas palveluineen. Wi-Fi toimii. Hotelli sopii myös lapsiperheille. Suosittelen.

Olen vieraillut Dubaissa kymmenen kertaa ja tämä on paras / hienoin hotelli missä olen yöpynyt. Allasalue on siisti ja samalla kun otat aurinkoa voit ihailla pilvenpiirtäjiä. Hotelli järjestää myös ilmaisen kuljetuksen / sisäänpääsyn Jumeirah Beach hotellin rantaan / altaille ja wild wadi vesipuistoon! Nopea sisäänkirjautuminen, loistava aamupala, hyvä äänieristys huoneissa ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Kuntosali myös Dubain parhaimmistoa. Metro vieressa ja Dubai Mall muutaman pysäkin päässä.

I really like it because the property located next to the Museum of future, it has its own indoor walkway to museum and to train station. The most impressed was security, they have security guards at day times & night times. Service was great too.

Amazing stay at this hotel. We were here for 2 nights as a family of 4 and the hotel staff were excellent, the breakfast was delicious and the room was fantastic- we got upgraded to a club room on 39th floor and the views were spectacular. Thank you Jumeirah Emirates Towers for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Direct access to the museum of the future from the hotel. Not far from the old part of town. Convenient dining options. Helpful staff. The rooms were nice but they really needed to replace the carpets in both the rooms we booked.

ok value but not as good as before
Very friendly and competent staff. Hotel a bit warn down as carpet in room is stained and the smell a bit uncomfortable. Love the Amouage beauty products. Quality of hotel and offerings not as in previous stays. Breakfast served in a hallway as there was 700 guests in hotel and the restaurant was to small. The sister tower is dead. No retaurants anymore and no destination for tourists. This is a hotel for business travelers...

Service was poor, lots of delays when ordering items around the hotel. Club lounge staff are lovely all bar one lady who was very rude. Would not stay here again. Breakfast very limited. Club lounge options limited.
