”I really loved this hotel. Deluxe room was nice and beautiful, although view from our room was not so nice. House keeping did job well. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Only minus at this hotel was gym. It is not the one as Kempinski brand should have. Equipments were good but the gym was far too small and I was missing many, many equipments”

”One of the most conveniently located hotels in Dubai, direct walk access to the Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa, access to the Metro, incredibly helpfull and caring staff - GORGEOUS large pool (great for those who love swimming like me) this is undoubtedly one of the best places to stay in Dubai - there were some issues with reservation and billing but the staff and the manager demonstrated why Kempinski continues to beat its competitors and the truly tough game of doing their best for their clients....

”Before I have always enjoyed of staying in Address chain and I even bought penthouse from the Address brand. The facilities are very nice, breakfast is amazing and the pool area is stunning. But this time it was not enjoyable at all. Room was located next to main road and noise was very loud when people are speeding and revving their cars during the night. And then during the day there was construction work going on and you needed to listen the drilling whole day after you haven't sleep at all...
