Although it’s usually student accommodation, they absolutely make it feel like a proper hotel experience during stays. The whole place was spotless, modern, and really well maintained. The room was spacious, very clean, and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. ”One day before my stay I sent a message to the host about details and my reservation was cancelled. One day! I had booked this months in advance. I did get a full refund but booking at one day in advance left few options and higher prices. The reason was “we got spam and had to cancel your reservation”. I don’t understand and was really upset about the short notice! The host did not respond to my messages after stating the reason for the cancellation.”

”I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue. The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location.”
