Apartment Dubrovnik Karaka - Two Bedroom apartment with Balcony

This lovely apartment in our family house with a great view of port Gruž will give you everything you need for enjoyable stay in Dubrovnik. The apartment is brand new, modern and fully equipped.
It is situated in a peaceful area of town hidden from tourist hustle, right in the middle of Lapad.
The neighborhood provides you a supermarket, coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants all within 3 min from the apartment. There are 2 bus stations in the vicinity.

The space
The apartment is brand new and located in a quiet neighborhood. Indoor stairs will take you to the top floor of our family house (1st floor) where you can relax in an approximately 65 m2 large cozy space. It consists of an open kitchen (integrated with the adjacent rooms – the living room and the dining room), 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a toilet. You can also enjoy in a beutiful view of port Gruž from balcony.

Guest access
The apartment provides a free Wi-Fi. Bedrooms and living room in our apartment are air- conditioned and have smart TV. One bed is 180x200 cm (king size), and the other is 160x200 cm. There is an equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge, electric kettle, filter coffe machine and a stove. In the kitchen you will also find cutlery, plates, glasses and cups. The apartment is also featuring a bathroom with a shower, washmashine and a hairdryer. Clothes drying rack, ironing board and an iron will also be available for you.

Other things to note
I can be flexible with the check-in/check-out time if the apartment is free for previous or next day, otherwise please make sure that check-in is after 2 PM and check-out is until 10 AM. This is the only way I can keep the apartment freshly cleaned for all my guests.
