The domicile is popular also because of the sea view from the property and its sunny location. For exclusive use are available: terrace and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 5 floors, 5 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads over an internal stair directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows:
1st floor: Living room / bedroom with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa.
2nd floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, TV and Bed 1.60x2. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
3rd floor: Bedroom with 1 single bed and 90x2. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1.40x2. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and washing machine.
Upper floor: Eat-in kitchen with lounge, dinette and TV. Kitchen in the living room / bedroom with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and Kitchen is on fourth floor.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna.


Location
Dubrovnik. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The villa is located in the city centre.
