  • House Apartments Ariva is located in Montovjerna area, a quite popular part of town because it is situated only 10 minutes ride from the beautiful Lapad Bay as well as 10 minutes away from the historic Old Town. If you prefer having everything you need for a perfect vacation in a neighborhood, this location is the perfect choice for you.
    House Apartments Ariva offer accommodation in air-conditioned studios with a private balcony. Wi-fi is free and it is available throughout the property.
    Luggage storage is possible prior to check in and after check out, so you can explore the city a little more before your departure.

    This studio apartment with furnished balcony can accommodate up to three people. It features cable TV as well as air-conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, refrigerator, water kettle, freezer, stove, kitchen utensils and toaster. The private bathroom comes with a shower and toilet. Hair dryer, towels as well as bed linens are at your disposal.

    The location is ideal to be walking distance from everything you would need. A supermarket can be found 5 meters from the Apartments and a restaurant is 400 meters away. A pharmacy, bakery, ATM, shops and bus stop can all be found less than 500 meters from the accommodation. Dubrovnik Old Town Walls are 1 km away, and the Stradun Promenade provides a unique stroll along the historic site scattered with bars, restaurants and boutiques. Banje Beach provide a marvelous view of Dubrovnik and can be reached in 2 km.

    The Main Bus Station and Dubrovnik Harbor can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. Dubrovnik Airport is at a distance of 21 km
    The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

We really enjoyed the hospitality of host and beauty of Dubrovnik, Hvala gospođi i njezinim kćerima,The facility is located on a residential hill with street access, but also with lovely narrow stair passages towards the Gruž district, There was a very small shop almost sharing the entrance with the facility, You could see the locals riding their scooters in the neighborhood, It didn',t have this posh vibe which was characteristic for the Old Town district, We very enjoyed this kind of setting,\r\n\r\nThe apartment had a terrace oriented to the north, You could see Mt, Srđ and the northern hill where Adriatic Domestic Road goes through, The facilities such as cable car station and Homeland War Museum were clearly seen, The room had quite enough space, everything was clean,\r\n\r\nA central crossroads in the city is located 200m from the apartment, This junction is in the middle between Gruž, Lapad and Old Town district, It was 20 minutes of walk to the Old Town and port in the Gruž, Gruž has high concentration of bigger shops, banks, hairdressers, affordable restaurants etc, It was good to go there for groceries and some cheap coffee ,) Ships to the Elaphite Islands start their way from the Gruž port, We took a 1-day trip to the Islands and consider it a must-be experience,\r\n\r\nBellevue beach is 200m from the facility, but we didn',t like it since it was too posh, We liked the Uvala Beach in Lapad district which is 1 km from the apartment, There starts a promenade on the perimeter of the Babin Kuk peninsula, It has nice vibe and some restaurants with beautiful views, View of Tuđman',s Bridge from the trail on the NE part of Babin Kuk was also astounding,\r\n\r\nThe house owner was very hospitable and she gave us a homemade wine as a gift, She didn',t speak good English, but her 2 daughters were co-responsible for the facility (from whom 1 of them lives in Zagreb and assisted via phone/,WhatsApp and the other one who lives in the facility) so they helped a lot, Also a friend-family of the owner rented a room in the facility and they were very nice and hospitable,

We stayed in the studio with a balcony and it was just perfect for us, The kitchen had all the essentials, which made it super easy to whip up breakfast before heading out to explore, The air conditioning worked great, and we loved being close to Dubrovnik Old Town, Honestly, I could sit on that balcony all day and just chill, Only downside, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times but overall, def worth it, Would stay again for sure!
