Pienillä parannuksilla täysi viisi tähteä
Hotelli on siisti ja kauniilla paikalla.Koska ilmat eivät olleet meille koko aikaa ihan suotuisia, olimme erityisen iloisia sisäaltaasta ja hyvästä saunasta. Ehdottomasti kannattaa satsata hieman enemmän ja ottaa huone sea view:lla. Me vaihdoimme kesken loman koska tienäköala ei viehättänyt, välirahaa jouduimme tietenkin maksamaan, mutta maisema oli sen arvoinen. Pieniä parannuksia hotelliin tarvittaisiin jotta voitaisiin puhua oikeasti viiden tähden hotellista: Huoneissa on kiva keittokomero, mutta ei ollenkaan mitää astioita. Hotellissa on golf-simulaattori mutta se on rikki. Kuntosalin juoma-automaateista puuttui aina välillä mukit. Pienin saatavilla olevan kylpytakki oli kokoa XL. Henkilökunnan naispuoliset tarjoilijat olivat kyllästyneen ja äksyn oloisia, miehet taas erittäin ammattilaisia. Kukkia ruukkuihin allasalueella eikä vain tyhjiä heitteille jätettyjä ruukkuja. Mutta kaiken kaikkiaan ihan miellyttävä hotelli, huoneisto oli oikein kiva.

Täydellistä hotellia etsivälle Helmi
Luksusluokan hotelli hieman kaukana keskustasta, kun haluat ehdottoman parasta, kannattaa valita tämä. Yövyimme 2 yötä mini-sviitissä ja vierailu hotellissa oli kuin sadusta. Hotelli toivotti tervetulleeksi ilmaisilla kuohuvilla (sai valita mitä juomaa haluaa), häämatkamme kunniaksi huoneeseen oltiin tuotu myös pullo kuohuviiniä ja hedelmälautanen. Huoneessa oli muhkeat Hästens-sängyt, 2 tv:tä, isot kylpyhuoneet kaikilla lisäjutuilla höystettynä (mm. parranajosetti, vanupuikot, kasvopyyhkeet, laadukkaat kosmetiikkatuotteet ym.), parveke oli valtava ja merinäköalalla. Spa-osastolta löytyi 3 erilaista saunaa, laaja valikoima hoitoja (hieronta oli taivaallista), 2 lämmitettyä uima-allasta, kunnollinen kuntosali. Aamiainen oli hyvin laaja ja kattava, auton sai myös autotalliin maksutta.. Yksinkertaisesti, tänne hotelliin on pakko päästä uudestaankin, oli niin täydellistä.

Todella siisti ja paras aamupala ikinä. Jos jotain negat. keksittävä, niin hotellin hintataso kallis ja lähellä ei kauppaa tai minimarkettia.

wonderful hotel
Stayed in a sea view suite with three friends, and the room was just Perfect for us. Extra bed wasn't too comfortable but otherwise Everything was great. Beach was great, didn't want a regular sand beach. Swimming was excellent, easy stairs to use. Hotel personnel was very friendly, as everyone in Dubrovnik. It was about 10 minute drive from the Centre, bus or taxi were convenient. Also, driver service arranged by the hotel to and from the Airport was really good and fairly cheap. We can highly recommend the hotel!

The property was very clean and staff very helpful. The property is right next to the sea and has very beautiful view from rooms that have sea view. There are a couple of restaurants at the property and the a lot more in walking distance.

Nice hotel but breakfast really needs an upgrade especially sweets. the poor buffet is a reflection on the La Castillo restaurant so I chose to eat at other restaurants. Restaurant More was fantastic.

I think a 5 star must have room service, they also don't have a tag for (Do not disturb, or make the room) It has a kitchen but no cutlery and some furniture needs replacing.

Overall we enjoyed our stay but after arranging the previous day for our breakfast boxes as we would need to leave in the early hours of the morning they did not prepare any breakfast boxes. This was a bad experience with two small hungry children. However they send us to one of the other hotels in the group that had two extra breakfast boxed but it was horrible. Dry bread without any butter. So unfortunately we were disappointed the moment we left...

Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The reception staff greeted me with warm smiles and provided all the necessary information about the hotel's facilities and services. My room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately, the view is not very nice. The amenities provided in the room were of high quality and luxury. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety. The hotel's location was conveniently situated near major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy for me to get around and make the most of my trip. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed this property. Behind it is a beautiful promenade that links many other hotels and properties along the water. This has so many restaurants, cafes and shops. It was very convenient, plus there’s a bus stop nearby where we took the bus to the Old City several times on our trip.

Wonderful experience at the Royal Princess. Staff was great as was the morning breakfast buffet. Surroundings were gorgeous. Everything overlooks the Adriatic Sea. The promenade was a delight to walk every day to Lapad with numerous restaurants and stops along the way. Staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. Would stay in a heartbeat again.

My review has been clouded by an issue we had with the room we were given - a leak from the shower room into the main room meant the carpet was wet when we walked into the room and there was a bad odour. We reported this on our second day and a maid came to the room to put an air freshener onto the carpet! We complained twice more and were ignored. This was supposedly a 5* Hotel. Breakfast was very poor - tasteless fruit and an off selection.

Highly recommended resort stay!
The stay was fantastic! It is a really lovely resort and so good to be able to use the facilities of all the neighbouring Royal properties with ease. Loved the location and views. Very easy to get into town and breakfast was incredible!
