In general an all around excellent hotel. Great location right at the beach but still walking distance to the old town. Very friendly staff, super clean rooms and the best breakfast view you could ever hope for.

”Our stay at Guesthouse Forty Four was amazing from start to finish. The location is right in the centre of the old town so was very convenient and the premises were very clean and comfortable. However, most of all the customer service is outstanding with all staff members going the extra mile to welcome us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. ”We had a lovely 4 nights stay in the deluxe studio apartment. The room was quite small but had everything we needed. The location was great: peaceful neighbourhood and a short walking distance from a beautiful beach, grocery store and bus stop. Only a 15 min walk to the Lapad beach promenade. We highly appreciated Martin’s hospitality and helpfulness! He even enabled the stay at the apartment yard and pool area after the check out time.”
