”This hotel has deteriorated over time. The decor in places a bit worn. I would not pay the full price for a room.”

”We stayed at Heythrop Park over the Easter weekend. The hotel is beautiful and big. Our room was in a perfect location near in the North wing and we were very close to their spa facilities. There was no information saying we had to check-in at a different location. This is what we were informed by reception at North wing. Never managed to figure that out!! ”Great location, Great staff and lobby areas, Rooms were great, bathrooms a little tired. Pool area needed a lot of attention, the steam room was totally out of action and the fact there was a daily parking charge on top of the room charge was disapointing.”

”We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo. Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. We hope to visit again in the future! ”

”The staff were very welcoming and polite. There is ample parking. We stayed in a suite which was spacious, clean and had good amenities. There is a good sized swimming pool which has allocated children hours. There was a good selection at breakfast and you can also order off a menu too. The restaurant also provided a good selection for dinner. The hotel is in a good location and a short uber ride from Oxford city centre. ”
