”I brought my mom here for her 65th birthday and mothers day. So we were spoiled with the northern lights. Ange and Erich have a little piece of heaven. You wouldn't know it by just parking by their garage since they're place is over the hill down to the lake. They were so good with being respective of space since they stay downstairs. Beautiful spot and a nice hidden gem. Would love to go back!”

”Stayed for two nights for my daughter's graduation. The event was at the DECC so the location was perfect! Across the street from beach. One mile from Canal Park. Pictures on web were accurate. Very clean. Very basic for kitchen pantry items. Salt, pepper, sugar and a couple pouches of coffee. Spacious for three people. Park temporary in front of house to unload/load. The back entry was a bit to navigate especially in a downpour. Comfortable living and enjoyed our stay!”

”A large group of my family and friends stayed here to celebrate my graduation. It was the perfect location for a relaxing celebration. My nephews enjoyed swimming in the water and taking the paddle boat for a ride. The adult enjoyed grilling and spending time around the fire pit. I couldn’t recommend it more!”

”It was a great getaway. The house and location where amazing. Just a little issue with a few of the games that we were looking forward to using. The oven didn't seem to heat properly when making pizzas the top was done but the crust was still doughy. The only other thing i would suggest is the handicap ramp to get into the property had a piece of wood making it hard to get onto the ramp itself. It was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. ”

”Our family gathered together from San Diego and the Twin Cities to watch our son fly with his Navy Demo team in the Duluth Airshow. The house was perfectly located for us to get to the show and well as comfortably lodge us for the weekend. I highly recommend this property for any event you may be attending from outside the Duluth area.”

”Very nice, clean, safe, comfortable space with a simple yet modern ambiance. Great stay for our family of 4. King bed and 2 cots (rollaway beds). The bed was very comfortable, shower pressure was great, nice cookware, etc. Great restaraunts and activities downtown Duluth within a 10 minute drive. Grocery store (Super 1 Foods) about a 5 minute drive. Approximately 45 minutes from Gooseberry Falls. Fitgers brew house has awesome vegetarian options- great food! Would recommend!”
