”I'm still not clear whether this was a Vacasa or VRBO reservation. I checked in at 4:00 and was instructed to use a code to enter the building; no code was provided, which was not a problem since the door to the building was unlocked. However, when I returned later that evening, the building was inaccessible. ”My host was responsive to my request and offered suggestions for local restaurants.”

”Condo was clean with plenty of amenities. The condo property itself is a bit outdated and could use some TLC on decking, etc. The hot tub was missing a lot of tiles, but otherwise clean. We had a good time while there.”

”My overall stay with stellar great location great accommodations”

Since the property required a FOB access before you can gain entry and use the SMART lock for entry to the rental, our check-in was delayed until we contacted the manager several times to retrieve the code. We had a problem with the SMART lock. I believe the battery on the unit died or the unit malfunctioned. This prevented us from locking the rental anytime when we...

”The host was available to answer questions. The place was spacious, clean and comfortable.”
