    Syksyllä 2019 historiallisesti kauhistuttava WIFI korvattiin kuidulla ja WIFI ei ole nyt vain luotettava, mutta nopeudet ovat nyt noin 50 MBS.

    Meidän 1 700 neliömetriä Cascade Villagessa (yksikkö 31) on kolme makuuhuonetta ja kolme kylpyhuonetta sekä suljettu parvi, jossa on mukava kuningatar vedä sohva.

    Cascade Village on alle 2 mailia pohjoiseen Durango Mountain Resortin hiihtokeskuksesta, 26 mailia pohjoiseen Durango ja 22 mailia etelään Silvertonista.

    Cascade Village -hotellin palveluihin kuuluu lämmitetty sisäuima-allas, sauna, ulkotiloissa / sisätiloissa olevat kylpytynnyrit, biljardipöytä, ulkotenniskenttä, suksivuokraamo ja ILMAINEN suksikuljetus Purgatory Resortiin.

    Pysy kanssamme ja tarjoamme alennuksia sekä kesä- (koskenlasku, jeep-retket, ratsastus jne.) Että talvella (suksien / lumilautojen vuokraus (Cascade Villagessa), rekiretkiä, moottorikelkkaretkiä jne.).

    Peruutusehdot: Varaus vaaditaan 300 dollaria. Tämä 300 dollarin maksu suoritetaan erääntyvälle summalle ja se palautetaan vain 72 tunnin kuluessa varauksen tekemisestä. Jos saapumispäivä on 45 päivän sisällä varauksesta, vaaditaan koko maksu kokonaisuudessaan varauksen yhteydessä. Family getaway

The location was perfect for our two days of snowboarding. Beautiful location! We enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Only recommendation is to state the games are not free. Also our kitchen trash was full, but dinner was close.

Reviewer Comments: We had a bit of difficulty checking in, but as soon as I called the phone number for help, I was sent an email with all the information needed. The autumn colors were splendid! Even without this, the home is so inviting that it could have been a blizzard outside and we still would have enjoyed it. At the resort, my kids LOVED the gameroom with a pool table and pinball machines. They also enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool. We spent time in Durango Ziplining and then at Bears Ranch (just a 8 miles away from Cascade Village) horseback riding.

Terrible stay at Cascade

I’ve stayed at Cascade in various units for the last few years. This stay was by far a terrible misrepresentation of a decent unit. The kitchen was dirty, the oven was broken, the toilet paper was left in shreds on the roll upon check in, the floor tiles were broken everywhere and had shards coming out to cut feet, there was hair in the showers, no blankets or bedding for a bed, and the fire alarm started to go off because it wasn’t updated. I can honestly say this was a terrible experience with a unit and caused a lot of stress on our family and overall vacation. This condo should have never been on the market as a rental.

Overall a Good Stay

There were a few hiccups with our stay. Upon arrival we had trouble accessing the unit. The door at the top of the stairs ( the unloading location that we figured out the next day was accessible via vehicle) was was programmed correctly but the door to come in from the garage was a totally different code. The frustrating thing was there is no cell service to communicate with the help desk. We had to load up our party of 7 drive 3 miles down the road to talk to someone.

Purgatory Ski Trip

The location was perfect just about a mile or two down the road from Purgatory Ski Lifts. We enjoyed being close to the slops for an easy drive to and from the slopes. Covered parking underneath the condos was amazing. Didn't have to worry about snow on the vehicles. One thing I didn't like was that the "Free Shuttle" wasn't user friendly as it's last pick up was way to early at 3:30 when the slopes closed at 4. IMO shuttles should run an hour before and after lifts open no matter the date otherwise it's not a "Free Shuttle" service for the property. We just drove to the slopes. Only thing we would recommend is having the beds checked. Just found after the trip from a friend that some of the other beds where not in the best stable condition. Probably just needs some new wood, leveling, or strong screws to fix the shaky bed frames.

We had to call for plates, bowls, and towels as there were not enough for 10. The management brought a few towels but nothing else. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken and the tile was very dirty. It wasn't clean and was very dated.

Very Nice Location and Facilities

Overall this was a very nice property. The location was great. The access to and from the property was easy. There was plenty of space and rooms for my family. The only real downside was the smell. There was a terrible smell throughout the property that smelled like some sort of animal urination. We did notify the property management and they said they would have the carpets cleaned and that animals weren't allowed. We didn't have any animals with us and there is no way that the cleaning crew didn't notice that smell if they were just there to clean.

Main living area with bathroom and bedroom for grandparents on the main floor. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a loft upstairs for the kids. Plenty of room for us all to hangout together, but escape if needed. Location is quiet and views are beautiful. 35 minutes from Durango, but a great little store 4 miles away for necessities. Pool closes at 9:00. We would have liked to see it open til at least 10:00. Restaurant was pretty pricey, but food was excellent. Had a maintenance issue that was not addressed while we were there. Communication was good about their attempts to get someone in to look at it, just not able to get to it before we left. Dryer is vented inside so makes for a warmer condo doing laundry in the summer. Great little balcony, just know you need chairs to relax out on it. Loved watching the hummingbirds!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Downstairs and upstairs maters were ok, twin beds in third BR were old and in poor shape. We had a lamp in third BR that had a short would trip the breaker when plugged in. Shuttle bus only runs to the resort twice a day 8:40 and 3:40. Need 4WD car to get up the hill when snow on the ground. Kitchen was good enough. Wall sockets were all loose upstairs when plugging in items like phone charges and hair dryers they drooped and came out too easily.

We could not find extra bedding for the pull out couch or the pull out trundle. 2. The breaker for the upstairs blew several times, which was no big deal once we found the breaker box, which luckily was in a downstairs closet. The pool and hot tub were terrific for the kids to get out wiggles after a long drive. The location is pretty, very close to Purgatory, and 30min from town. Plenty of the items needed to make a stay comfy.

Great location in the mountains

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great! Construction blocked entry to building and the noise and dust were a little bothersome. A note left by the cleaning staff said that one bed was broken and unusable. The townhouse felt a little crowded, even with only 4 people - a lot of furniture! But a great place to sleep and the bathrooms were great as were the nearby hiking trails.

All the linen smells really bad. Construction everywhere and it was hard to relax with all the noise.

Great Family Vacation Homd

My family and I LOVED the location of this property. It accommodated us all and came with everything we needed. I also loved that there was a hiking trail nearby and the views were beautiful. Thank you!
