”When I first saw this listing, there was only one review & it wasn't great. Fortunately I realize that people have different standards & paid little attention to it. This space is so lovely &, though not much separates the room from the studio/gallery space attached, the owners are quite respectful of privacy & were very helpful when we were too techno-challenged to open the door initially. The front porch is a tranquil place to sit & look out over the cove & the neighborhood was quiet enough...

”Our check in process was a little strange. We had not received any information prior to showing up about how to access the unit. Instead, when we arrived there was a person that came up to us and showed us how to get in. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that we would be meeting a person because check in was anytime after 4pm. Would she had still been there if we didn't arrive until later that night? The unit did provide some essentials like a hair dryer and shampoo which was nice....

”The apartment was very comfortable, well-equipped and roomy. Only my husband and I stayed this trip, but the space is plenty large enough to accommodate a family. Thank you to Spencer and his wife for helping us by quickly replacing the large flat screen TV that went on the fritz. They were so attentive and pleasant to deal with. The apartment is actually in walking distance to restaurants and sights in Topsham and Brunswick. We hiked the bridge loop trail and really enjoyed it. Supermarket...
