”All the staff were friendly and really helpful, especially the reception staff who found us an ice bucket and kindly filled it with ice 3 times,the room was very good except for a few niggles, the main one was even though there was a fan in the room which we didn't expect, sadly it was very dirty and didn't look like it had been cleaned for many weeks, they did get it cleaned for us but it shouldn't have been like that in the first place,we did report it to the reception staff plus we told them...

”The apartment was great, conveniently located for Newcastle City Center (within a short walk, or short hop on the Metro), Jesmond Metro station and restaurants and cafes in the local area. Check in via the adjacent Holiday Inn was quick and efficient and access to parking (free with the apartment!) was easy.
