”We came for university open day so it was a flying visit The hotel And facilities were really great and varied. We didn’t realise so many good food options were available so we ate a quick rushed dinner near Durham station . Wish we had known about the dinner choices available at the hotel . Breakfast was really good with lots of choices. It was a shame we didn’t have time to enjoy everything on offer . Only problem for me was that the mattress was very old and saggy - this meant that I woke up...

”Pleasant stay at the Seaton Lane Inn with a little hiccup of no towels in the room on arrival but was remedied straightaway. Check in was quick and easy although steep stairs to the upper level of the Inn rooms. May be a little difficult for older people to negotiate these. Had food in the restraunt one night and enjoyed the steak which was cooked as asked and the service was also good from the waiter. Check out was also quick and easy so a very good stay at a good hotel.”
