”Cannot fault this stay. Had a wonderful week in an excellent home which had all the essentials. Really appreciated multiple towels and especially robes for the hot tub. Hot tube was out of use for the first three days due to filtering issues but this was swiftly dealt with. We appreciate the responsiveness. Minor feedback- We notes that the outdoor furniture was covered in cob webs and whilst we appreciate a closeness to nature and not disturbing it, having to dust and clean is not ideal when...

”We had a lovely stay at this property which can easily accommodate 16 people. Outside space is lovely too. Would recommend.”

”First time we have stayed, we had a lovely time. The accommodation was great beds comfortable living room with balcony a real treat and enough options to entertain for a peaceful long weekend. Thanks”

”We stayed for a long weekend, it was great having the lake right in front of the accommodation so the kids could go out in the kayaks anytime they wanted during the day and we could join them or watch from the balcony. The house is extremely well equipped, and beds were comfy. The staff on the lower mill estate were fantastic, very friendly and made everything really easy. Having the Swimming pools, restaurant and other facilities on site was a huge advantage as it felt safe to let the...

”Nice clean flat in a well-organised apartment building (10 apartments), it is quiet inside the house and the neighbourhood is lively but friendly with a well-equipped little corner shop. It’s only a short walk to bus stops and the bicycle and foot path that takes you either to the city centre or outside of Bristol. Tip: the Garden of Easton is nearby, an amazing café / restaurant full of plants inside and outside.”

”The house is spacious and comfortable, with good chill out spaces inside and out. The views over the lake are beautiful and peaceful. The decks are spacious and relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was easy to find or operate.”

”Lovely place, highly recommend. Will definitely be returning in the summer time with the whole family”

”We stayed here for a birthday celebration, fantastic home and facilities everything we needed. Wonderful spot - excellent service from Orion holidays form booking to check out. Fantastic communication and fantastic time away - we will be back. Thank you”

”We found the property extremely spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The hosts, Fiona and Jonathan were very welcoming and friendly. It proved to be a good base for exploring Cheltenham and surrounding area.”

”Vile!! Was a 21 day stay!! We had to ask for a vacuum cleaner, didn’t have more than 10 hangers, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one kitchen towel, one half roll of paper towels, and had one bath towel each and had to buy our own! Bedding was dirty upon arrival!!! Wouldn’t recommend this place at all! Over charged for a trashy house with minimal supplies for a family of 5 staying for 21 days!”

”Wow, we had a fantastic 6 night stay in a luxury lodge, with an amazing view. We’ll certainly be back”

”Great property - plenty of space, clean, overlooking a lake. Fantastic communication from the hosts...we had a small issue with water - they were on it straight away. Only small gripe was about the estate facilities... restaurant and bar closed in Sunday afternoon at 4:00pm (I think). The portal for booking water sports was not particularly user friendly...we only wanted to book 2 hours but the portal indicated the only option for 2 hours was to start at 2pm - it turned out from staff that we...
