Durston Hotellit

”Very clean and new”

”Attending a wedding there. Stayed there for 3 days. Room was clean. Staff were excellent. Good breakfast unfortunately, the room had no air conditioning being downstairs. You had to be careful about leaving the window open, would we stay there again? Yes”

”Normally a very good hotel. Currently had an extension being built. So plenty of daytime noise. Had a broken shower that I’ve been informed will get fixed. However my main concern/problem was a member of staff called Lilac (or some similar). Rude just doesn’t cut it. Repeatedly interrupted her colleague at time of check in. So much so I asked the check in staff if they wanted to deal with her e”

”Als Geschäftsreisender auf der Durchreise war es in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war frisch gemacht und sehr lecker”

”Just ok”

”Oikein mukava ja sympaattinen hotelli. Ainoa miinus on ehkä, että piti ylittää ,melko vilkas liikenteinen katu ja suojatie on jonkin matkan päässä. Mutta oikein kiva hotelli.”

”Nice quiet location. Ample parking. Cozy and clean room. Handy local pub, shop and butchers across the road. Good freshly cooked breakfast.”

”Great location, lovely pub and atmosphere. Lovely staff. Great size room, really comfy bed. Loved our stay would deffo recommend and stay again”

”So clean, our room was immaculate so were all the other areas of the hotel. Really lovely stay, fabulous breakfast and dinner!”

”It’s is a lovely place to stay and the price and quality of the food is amazing.”

”Lovely hotel in the centre of Taunton. We had a spacious, well-appointed room on the third floor with a nice view of the town. The hotel is an older building with lots of historic details / decor so it has a nice vibe. Daily room service kept everything clean and fresh and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is amazing: steps from the high street shops, cafes and pubs - you can't beat it. We'd definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again next time were in Taunton.”

”Exceptional stay , staff were delightful and very helpful & supportive. Breakfast & evening dinner were incredible , perfectly cooked eggs at breakie and fabulous quality of food for both supper and breakfast - definitely recommend. We had a balcony room which was beautiful , overlooking the cricket pitch and was thing horses and tractors come passed, love it.”

”Lovely setting. Very friendly staff. Food was fantastic. Would stay again.”

”Excellent property….vey well managed, beautifully presented, very clean and functional. Staff were extraordinary with a particular shout out to Mel who went above and beyond to make us welcome and is a beautiful cook as well.
