”Clean room! Hot water! Comfy bed & feather pillows! I don’t care about an outdated pink bathtub, it was huge. I would stay again. One thing is the cali tram is right out the window yet I still slept hard.”

”Good and basic motel. Location was convenient for us as it was right next to Chestnut for restaurants and bars, not too far from Fishersmans Wharf and right on Lombard which allowed easy access to the city with car. The room itself was big enough with fridge and microwave. WiFi was free but connection wasn't that good all the time. Free parking was nice and space was easy to have every night (stayed for a week). With the price we paid I'd definately recommend this place.”

”This is by far the most beautiful and cleanest boutique hotel in which I have ever stayed. The employees provide flawless service and do it with enthusiasm and grace. I will never stay anywhere else in SF.”

”This hotel is like from a film noir movie! The feeling is that not too much has changed in this place after the 50s or so (except that there’s wi-fi). Which is actually really cool, if you can live with the fact that the bathroom is down the hallway. I really liked the overall feel of the hotel. Be aware that the hotel is in a rough part of the city so there are homeless people and occassionally a bit of noise. Nothing too bad, though. ”You get what you pay for. Money was tight for me. If you a heavy sleeper and don’t wake up to the receptionist arguing with the homeless at 3am that are right outside the hotel and just for a place to sleep and completely ok people under the influence coming in you should come here. I grew up in that kind of environment so it’s whatever to me. Be warm the reception wakes up at 11am in the back, so if you need to check out early chances are he won’t be there. ”

”Great, safe walking neighborhood in The Marina. Convenient to jogging, restaurants, Pilates. Spin, short rides by uber to downtown and public transportation. Clean!! Comfortable, safe in room, closet, towels, soaps, etc what you expect at a hotel, no frills, great price. Will stay here again ”
