”The air went out once, but they fixed it immediately. It kept the room cold. A couple of the lightbulbs were out, the towel rack came out of the wall, but we were able to place it back in the wall. There are restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here. ”

”The Lodge was is a beautiful setting in the forest, very peaceful and quiet. Marcos and the team helped with taxis to the falls and the town so we felt safe and looked after. Nice continental breakfast too. Would recommend.”

”Stayed 3 nights when visiting the falls. Hotel location is very good, bus to Iguazu falls departs right across the street, many nice restaurants in the same street. Room was ok, clean and spacious. Wi-Fi not so good, worked mainly very late at the evening or early in the morning. Breakfast was very light. Took shuttle bus from airport to hotel and back, 150 ARS one way per person. Friendly staff.”

”Loved this hotel. Pool area is beautiful and great for children too. Staff is welcoming and polite. We got a renovated room on the fourth floor which was perfect, huge and spotless. I cannot say about the rooms that have not yet been refurbished. The wifi is very bad, but that is propably the case in all of the hotels in the area.”

”Stayed at Loi 2 nights in a superior room. It is difficult to find high end hotels in the Iguazu area unless you stay at the Gran Melia for double or even triple Loi's nightly rates. Do not expect luxury here. While Loi advertises as 5* it certainly is missing the qualities and details of a high end resort. It really is a 4*. As an example, there were many things broken in our superior room: blinds in bathroom, tub very worn out, lamp shades by bed crooked and loose. We complained twice to house...

”We stayed here for 3 days (2 nights) and it was a perfect jungle oasis. We loved using the pool to refresh after visiting Iguazu each day, and an easy uber ride into town. The dinner at the lodge restaurant was spectacular! Would recommend to anyone staying in Iguazu ”

”Clean room and excellent service. I did get a couple of cockroaches in the room after it rained but maybe it is expected from a sub-tropical place. They allowed me a late checkout which was great. All in all a very good experience and would atay here again. 4 stars only because of thr cockroaches otherwise 5 stars.”
