”The hotel room was very nice but there was no coffee pots which I prefer versus going down to get a cup of coffee in the morning.
We got a late start for breakfast and went down at 9:50, all of the hot food was already empty and they did not refill it even though there were several people down there waiting. I realize they were closing at 10:00 but every hotel I've been to typically still has to refill the food if it's still within breakfast hours.

”The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Angelique -she was amazing! Unfortunately, their got water heater wasn't working so we had COLD showers our entire stay. The carpets in the room and hallway were gross and desperately need shampooed or replaced with flooring other than carpet that does not hold smells!”

”Pool floor was dirty and there was a band aid floating in it. Continental breakfast was very bad...stale muffins, crusty microwaved sausage links. The floor in our room was dirty and in need of vaccuming. Receptionist seemed unfriendly and grumpy when asked questions about local events.”

”While the property was clean, it looked a little outdated but, to us, all the HIG properties look the same. Other than that our room was very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat in the area and DoorDash was available. Avoid the Golden Corral just down the street from the hotel. It is awful! It’s dirty and expensive with a minimally attentive staff.”
