”Great property in Waterbury. Very close to the Ben and Jerry's factory. The hotel is old but clean. They accept pets but very much seem like they don't want to. On making the reservation I was sent very blunt emails about pets and then on check in kind of the same attitude but overall it was fine. ”We dis not say. There was water leaking through the ceiling in front of our room. Roow was dirty and needed repairs. She offered a new room. But ceiling tiles had been removed from above the check in desk for leaking. You cannot have things that wet and not have mold. I did not pay the 5 dollars so expedia would not help with a refund. The lady did offer another room but i was not interested in becoming ill. This is on expedia. I will do my best to never use them again. I will share...

”This is the 2nd time I stayed here. Check in was so easy. The room was roomy, clean and bright! Easy access on the first floor from the outside entrance. The breakfast is so so nice! This is a huge win for my family. Staff is helpful and friendly. We used the bikes during our last trip and enjoyed the trail along the river. Cannot wait to return!”
