We had to ask several times for hand soap because there wasn't any in our room, but they got us some eventually. The hotel breakfast is amazing, so many options for a buffet. I was really impressed. ”it was only a smoking room available with a queenbed and it smelled sooo ugly that we needed to change to a smaller room with two single bed. the breakfast was almost empty, they didn’t refill and some guest didn’t got any food. (still 1 hour before finish) it’s a disappointing experience but the hotel itself could be not bad if they treat everything a bit better and with more heart.”
