However, we booked this for a place that has a pool since we had kids. If you don’t use the pool then this is an excellent hotel. The pool was freezing and the floors were treacherously slick. Luckily no one including the adults who couldn’t step without their feet coming out from underneath them had any accidents. We had a child lose their footing on the entrance...

”Breakfast was less than a continental wrapped in a restaurant environment. Horrible. Both of us weren’t feeling good all day steer it. Room had dust and spider web lint hanging from ceiling, super slow bathroom sink drain, sour smelling kitchen sink drain, half size fridge inside cabinet. Definitely not a 4 star ”

”Este hotel es limpio, organizado tiene amplio parqueo, tiene un amplio servicio de desayuno, buena atencion cuando llegas y no es alto el dinero que uno deja de deposito y lo regresan a tiempo. No habia señal de cable y llamamos por esto y en menos de 5 minutos lo solucionaron.”

”Don’t expect any breakfast here. It was basically a place for us to sleep/shower/get ready. This is a hotel that needs fixing and upgrading. The remote in our room was not working but they fixed that pretty quickly, but the back of it to keep the batteries in was non existent. There are old stains in the bathroom toilet and tub, beds move and swing a lot even when turning on your sides. Rooms smelled like smoke even though we asked for a non smoking room. Good thing we were hardly there, but...

”We stayed 6 nights. was a bit tough for towel and garbage exchange but eh staff was super friendly. They did one make up for the common day 3. Def would stay again. ”

”Pillows and bed left you feeling a bit uncomfortable for overall cleanliness. This was a suite with kitchen but no plate set, or even silverware so I would have needed to bring any cooking supplies. Maybe this is how it is across all chains, but it was disappointing. The front desk person was nice and located a couple paper plates for the first night which was nice.”

”It’s a nice hotel, especially for an extended stay with a nice size kitchen and a generous breakfast. When we went to the pool, it was not in the best shape and the hot tub was broken so that was disappointing.”

”Third time staying. Great property and will likely be back my next time to Denver. My room had a smell of cigarette smoke when I arrived but the staff took care of things.”

”The phone and most of the usb ports in my room did not work. I let the front desk know and they said they would fix the phone but this didn’t happen during my stay at least. Coffee and water was not replenished in my room but i was able to go downstairs and request more. The bar is nice and i always enjoy the bartenders. ”

”Rooms were nothing nice, very Spartan accommodations. Watch out for the $50.00 pet fee which is not reflected on the price by Expedia. Staff was very confused and didn’t seem to know policy or procedures of the hotel. Upon leaving in the morning there was no one at the front desk and it had a rolling metal shutters and no where to leave the keys. I highly recommend looking elsewhere like the comfort inn. They accept pets and can accommodate you with no surprises-”
