I got absolutely no sleep that night. None. When I complained to the front desk I told her if it happened again that next night I was calling the cops. ”The front of the property was cute and rustic. But once you go around to the rooms in the back, it's not very clean. We had to change rooms three times due to the room smelling of snoke or the room did not seem worth the money. The staff was friendly and changed our rooms without a hassle. Breakfast is very functional, nothing fancy and great. It's a decent spot for a quick stay. ”

”Breakfast was good. Amenities were good. But housekeeping did not come every day to refresh my room or clean unless I asked them to. During my two-week stay, they only came half of the time to clean, and it was only because I requested them to.”

”The one staff member we encountered at check-in was lovely. However, she was the only person on site with full capacity and there were maintenance issues that she was trying to work through such as broken ice machine. When we got back late in the evening, a guest was there to check in and the guest was locked out and hotel staff was nowhere to be found. In the morning we realized there was no smoke alarm in our room. Maintenance and amount of staff are a problem.”

”I waited in a line for 2 hours almost asking for a refund because there were roaches in the shower the lights didn't work and the TV didn't work. And then the guy asked if I had pictures for proof. Like how rude good thing I did have pictures and he said he couldn't refund me that I had to get it through who I booked through like I paid here so I should get refunded here”

”The room was clean but hallways were in need of vacuuming. There was a fridge, microwave and hot plate but no coffee maker of any kind. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. ”

”Do not stay here! The first room they lut us in looked like a crime scene or like a meth addict lived there. There was fire damage of some kind on back of the door, hair and stains on the pillows and bed, the closet was broken and had pen marks on it, and the odir in the room was nausea inducing! I cannot believe they would rent that room out. The front desk lady did move us to a better room, but she seemed lime she was mad that we asked and had an attitude. Just an awful experience.”
