”Amazing service from the moment we parked. The Valet service was great and Norbert at the Desk provided exceptional service. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel special with some simple gestures (like a late checkout). This gave us the opportunity to experience an amazing brunch the next day at Kost - the rooftop restaurant. The only suggestion that I have is to plan your exit/entry from the hotel during non-busy times for the restaurants - the demand for the brunch...

”This was a wonderful weekend stay at the Delta Toronto. Lovely city hotel with such attentive and kind staff available for whatever you may need. I had an injury (not at the hotel) and they provided me with medical assistance and were exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was immaculate. Other than my unforeseen injury the weekend was wonderful and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to have close easy access to the major attractions in downtown Toronto.”

The views are fantastic, especially from the high floors. The breakfast is high quality and quite varied, but not a top-level buffet. I would say 3.5/5. The hotel does not have a spa or swimming pool, only a small gym for guests to use. There is a very small bar in the lobby, which also sells rolls and refreshments.
