”I had a wonderful experience staying at this place! The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Everything was well-maintained, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely and relaxing stay. Thank you for everything!”

”We really enjoyed our stay, the customer service was amazing and the place was so clean and easy to access. Even the access to extra essentials if needed was a great plus. The space was just what we needed and we loved having a washer and dryer and small kitchen area, as well as not needing a key card but just using a code to get in/out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!”

”Mahtava palvelu, hyvä ruoka ja kokonaisuus loppuun asti mietitty!”

”Well located to downtown, nice rooms, desk clerk was friendly and helpful”

”Henkilökunta kohteliasta, huone siisti, aamupala heikko - lähinnä pullaa, pyysimme erikseen kananmunia, missään ei lukenut etukäteen, että paikan kylpylä on vain naisille. Konsepti hieman erikoinen eli samassa tilassa toimistohotellia.”

”The room was well equipped and perfect for two. We stayed for a week and had no issues.”

”The room was a lot older and worn down than in the pictures and needed a face lift. The breakfast and the location were really good!”

”The room need some renovation since it was quite worn down and beds were not very comfortable. Check-in was not the smooth experience I have come across in other Hiltons hotels. The staff at breakfast was far from professional - we were sat down into a table that had not been cleared from previous diners and they never got the dirty dishes away. We were also given food on dirty dishes and our order got mixed up a few times. For the price of our room it was definitely not worth it and would stay...

”Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja huone saatiin heti saavuttaessa. Aamiainen hyvä ja monipuolinen. Kuntosali ok. ”

”Really enjoyed a two night stay here. Staff really friendly. Quiet but not a ghost town as members would gone and go to various events. I much prefer a boutique hotel compared to the larger hotels around filled with people. Will book again if need to stay in that area of Toronto. Parking is on Simcoe St behind the building, there is a back door where you can access the building instead of walking to the front.”

”Great”

”Both sinks in both of my bathrooms were clogged. I had them fix it but still wasn’t fixed. It was so gross brushing my teeth in a clogged sink.”
