”Everything was great but the hot tub was not working”

”Good access off freeway. Nice lobby and adequate parking. Check in went smooth. Room is larger than normal, small bar area with sink and fridge is nice. Large bathroom with separate toilet with door. But a couple issues prevent higher rating. First, there was an odor. Didn't figure out where is was coming from but discovered it was from the shower drain after taking shower. It's from build up of hair, etc over time. Needs cleaning. At least in room 311. ”We had a large party and were traveling from Yellowstone to our destination. We were delighted in the cleanliness of the hotel, the amenities kept our kiddos entertained and we were incredibly happy with our stay!”

”We had a nice stay at La Quinta in Caldwell. The staff was very nice, the amenities was perfect, breakfast was the usual, we did have a shower issue, but it wasn’t a deal breaker and the staff was notified of the simple fix. Overall we enjoyed our visit.”

”The property is very nice, they had just renovated the pool and got tub and we were told they do this every year. The staff was great. The property has ample parking and it's close to everything you could think of to eat or shop. The only down side was the breakfast. It was the same everyday, pork or turkey sausage, would have been nice to have bacon one day. They ran out of bananas on the last day we were there and a shortage of yogurt on that morning too. ”Tv never worked, ac didn’t work on a 90 degree weekend, room stayed around 88 the whole time. Got locked out of my room for hours with my dog because they key card battery died and nobody had a key or replacement to fix it, battery key fob on my side of the hotel also didn’t work for majority of my stay :)”

”Clean, modern, helpful staff, breakfast had plenty choices, lots of parking.”

”Staff was accommodating and very respectful , the breakfast bar was not very good, kids were sitting on the food counters, touching the food with fingers, WiFi was good, a little noisy one night when a young sports team came in but got quiet by 10:15 pm”

”Stunning hotel, beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. Loved the in-room robe. Really enjoyed the rooftop bar. The staff were all wonderful from valet to check-in to checkout. Highly recommend!!!”

”Hotel was clean but felt almost prison like. Halls were bleak and the elevator felt like a used model instead of a new one to match the exterior. Door would get stuck and no visible certificate for the elevator”

”Great hotel! Beautiful rooms, amazing places to eat nearby. Staff was friendly. Only issue I had was the alleyway by my room had garbage truck getting all the trash from dumpsters at 5:30am. Extremely loud and went on for 15 min or so. Not the hotel’s fault and I’m nitpicking but it was very loud at such an early morning time”
