”What a great little place quite absolutely spotless. Check-in was already done for me because I came in late. Key was in the room. Manager was walking the property and offered suggestions for my dinner. Very nice to me. I’ll definitely stay again if I’m in the area and need a place to stay”

”I would not recommend this Inn to anyone! Shortly after we checked in we discovered that the toilet was clogged and would not flush. There were no maintenance staff available, in fact the person who checked us in had locked up the reception area. The air conditioner quit working around midnight, again there was no one to call. The safety lock on the door was damaged and did not work.”

”As soon as we pulled into this place, we loved it. Our two year old daughter took a nap on the lawn in front of our room, probably the best nap of her life not was so peaceful, quiet, relaxing, and truly beautiful. The lake is easy access, we rented a boat one morning and Klamath Lake is huge with lots of wildlife around. The room was clean, cozy, and well kept. The restaurant had good food and desserts, beautiful view of the lake. We’ll definitely be coming back.”

”Our room was clean. We saw the staff once when we checked in. We tried to get more towels, but no one was in the office. Pillows were not comfortable. It was also close to the highway, so it was not a quiet night.”

”Our room was nice, clean, and the temperature was good. The fan in the bathroom was so loud, you thought a jet was landing. The shower wall was leaking inside.”

”Rooms are very clean and comfortable. I have stayed at Flag Ship several times because it formerly offered pet-free rooms and spaces. I greatly appreciated this as I have severe allergies to all fur babies, even when just in close proximity to them. This time, I requested a pet free room away from pet-friendly rooms but had people on either side stay with their fur babies throughout the week. This was a bit disappointing. I hope this property will continue to offer pet-free rooms and spaces...

”The property is at a winery with beautiful views of swans and a new baby swan, and the surrounding vineyards. The grounds are in good condition and the areas next to winery are lush and green with lots of things to look at. The winery itself has good food and even better wine. The Glamp Cottage trailer we stayed in was full of amenities including an electric fireplace, outdoor fire pit, outdoor dining and a hot tub. When you walk inside it is decorated very nice. The view out the full size back...

”The room keep kept not working. I'd have to stop at the front desk before going up every time I left the room. The coffee in the morning was leftover from the day before. After looking at reviews, it's been "under renovation" for YEARS. The pool looked dirty. Aside from that, the room itself was clean and the breakfast was decent.”
