”Having never stayed at the Waterbury we didn't know what to expect but ended up enjoying our stay there. The hotel overall is kept clean. The 2 bedroom loft plus pullout bed provided decent room for 5 of us, including 3 adult children. The grill and gas fire pit with seating area out front is very nice. Both pools (indoor/outdoor) and hottub were clean and provided an enjoy spot to spend time in the water. The grounds of the resort are maintained very well too. Only the landscape islands...

In room coffee wasn’t the best, but there was a coffee place just down the street. Staff was professional, but not friendly. Can’t say this was my favorite place, but very nice”

”Lynne and the younger man that work the desk were extremely personable and accommodating. I worked a wedding for hair and makeup, my mom sharing the room with me would have had to wait 2 hours outside the original check out time, but they allowed me to extended my checkout time while working with Expedia to make sure my stay was as seamless as possible and did not make a fuss over the change! Also left a clothing item in my room and they had it folded nicely waiting for me even after checkout....
