”Everything was pretty good. Only thing I have to brag about was the shower floor had hair on it other than that it was great.”

”Clean and good-sized rooms. Nice pool and very comfortable beds. The most outstanding feature was the chef and the breakfast. Chef Nell and Edwin were wonderfully welcoming and attentive and the breakfast was great. Other staff were just OK. Reception desk seemed stressed and/or under-staffed. Housekeeping did not attend to our room at all during our 2-night stay and we had to request towels twice. But overall excellent value and would recommend to others.”

”Selected this place because I stayed there last year and it was a fairly decent place for a very good price. Over the past year, appears to have deteriorated a bit. Presents as a decrepit place in need of a significant overhaul in and out. First room I was placed in, the refrigerator didn't work. When that was brought to staff's attention, I was moved to a different room. That's room's tv didn't work. At some point, I could have been moved to yet a different room, but didn't want to have to pack...

”I have stayed T this hotel frequently, however, over the last few years the maintenance has declined significantly. During my most recent visit I experienced much of the same lack of upkeep with this property. The hand rail in the shower had broken and it was pasted together flimsy. The shower curtain was dingy, as though it had been bleached. The water rose in the bathtub as I was running the shower. The bathroom fixtures are broken. No stoppers in the sink or bathtub. ”We needed a room with two beds. When we searched on Expedia, we used the filter that allows you to search for a hotel room with two beds. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that there were only rooms available with one bed. We were also told that it is the fault of Expedia that the Expedia website leads one to believe that there are two beds when there is actually only one.”

”I came with a baby asked for a crib multiple times, they never brought it. The AC was either too cold or non existent. The cleaning lady came in after 3 days. And cigarrette smoke was coming from the bathroom vent. Clearly the worst hotel ever.”
