”Breakfast was a bit slow and the rooms had very thin walls.”

”Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. ”

”I had a great 5 day stay. The staff were very welcoming and the place was clean. Also, at night it was quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast and the gym. I’m planning to come back to Towson in 6 weeks and I’ll stay here. ”

”Staff was kind, courteous, professional and attentive! The hotel was clean, but there were certain things that needed to be addressed in our room and in common areas, but way things to be fixed. Nothing that would deter me from staying again, as these were mostly cosmetic things that needed attention. ”

”The room was fairly clean. Stairways reaked of marijuana, puke outside the entrance, entrance way needed to be vacuumed, pooped all over the grass from the dogs. Unfortunately, they don’t provide coffee in the rooms or hair dryers. Again, the room was clean and the hallway was quiet. ”

”Room was amazing, as was the facility, the amenities, the location, and the staff.”

”The woman at the front desk was not friendly. She made me pay a $150 deposit but wouldn’t explain why, just that it would be returned to me when we checked out. At checkout, I couldn’t understand her when I asked for return of the deposit. ”

”The staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel is in process of renovations. Our room was very roomy. We liked the kitchenette area. However, it definitely needed to be renovated with carpet, new furniture, ceiling in bathroom, needs towel racks to hang towels. ”

”No fridge or microwave. outside of rooms there were bags like homeless people lived there”
