”Convenient location near the Bath/Phippsburg border. Short walk down to Winnegance where they have canoes you can use. 10 minutes to Bath, 15 minutes to Popham. Apartment was well stocked - big bathroom with washer/dryer. Nice appliances for a rental unit. Bed might be soft for some.”
