”Very disappointed that the hot tub was NOT HOT. Staff at the front desk said that it had not been working for awhile now (doesn't that mean the hotel is not doing repair work in a timely manner?). Breakfast did not have any fruit or granola. Kind of wierd. Waffles, yes, sausage, eggs and gravy and biscuits yes, all fine. Pool liner had footprints on the bottom, making it also feel like it is dirty. Room seemed clean. Hotel overall was a bit musty smelling.”

”Have not been able to obtain a receipt for my stay. No carts available to take down a ton of luggage and had to make multiple trips. Staff member was rude when I simply asked a question. Hotel smelled of marijuana almost every hall and in the elevators. Would never stay there again”

”Great hotel just outside of downtown Memphis”

”Heading out now. Everything was great. Last night welcome, room assigned, clean and comfortable, everything worked slept like a rock. Hat's off to the staff and especially housekeeping and maintenance the true under appreciated heros that keep people like myself comfortable and coming back. Thanks”

”This property is a gated community. I felt not very safe. The facility was not very clean. The rooms were nice and large very noisy.”
