”Elevator was broken. Had to pack luggage up three flights of stairs. Outside stairwell card reader wasn’t working either.”

”Good overall. Mostly clean. A little outdated and the suites are a tad dark, but friendly staff, breakfast was good, and otherwise a satisfactory experience.”

”The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained and clean. When we had a problem, it was immediately addressed. I would recommend this property.”

”Room was clean. We were on the first floor so there was the typical loud noise from guests on the 2nd floor. Everything looked clean and they had 24/7 access to coffee — always a plus. Front desk was a little less than enthusiastic when we checked in, maybe she just had a long day. During checkout there was a sign to drop your room key and go which made that super quick. Overall we would recommend.”

”The room had a very strange and slippery floor, as if it hadn't been washed but simply smeared with detergent for fragrance. The sink in the room didn't work, or rather, the drain was clogged, and there was a generally strong, unpleasant odor. The breakfast wasn't bad, and it was quite good for the price. I just wish the coffee or tea had been a little better.”

”Hotel room was very clean, staff was very helpful! The room made my trip really nice it was definitely a 5 star experience the housekeeping was on point and got me everything I needed I am in love with this hotel it was a lovely stay cannot complain!! Tv has so many streaming apps like Netflix and Tubi this definitely was wayyy better than staying in Memphis also the pool was very nice and clean the only con is you gotta pay for breakfast but the theme of the hotel was calling my name and I’m...
