”Bad location surrounded by iron fence due to the high number of homeless everywhere. Charged me for my documented service animal as front desk had no understanding of the law. My service dog is for a true medical need yet I forced to sign for it & pay. we did not feel safe outside the hotel to even walk around, should of drove 5 more minutes east for a nicer area. This hotel is just not in a good safe location”

”The room was roomier than what I was expecting. Though the bed was comfortable I think they need to flip it because there was an indentation in the middle. The hot breakfast was a nice plus. Scrambled eggs, sausage , waffles..all good. I'd most definitely would stay again”

”Check in was slow. Only one attendant and people waited 15 to 20 minutes to check in. There was only one other person in front of me and and it took 15 minutes. Later I saw the check in line out the door of the lobby. Seemed an additional employee would have been a solution if possible.
Pool was next door and that was a surprise as the weather was still cool.
Room was adequate.”
