”The resort itself looked like it was maintained better than Disney staff. Very friendly staff. Yes, like all employers there’s a few bad apples that. I had friends there at the same time that did the “Excellence Club.” It’s not worth the up charge, so don’t get sucked into purchasing that. Additional services, items in resort stores, etc, are ridiculously overpriced… try it to forget anything. It’s better to do any souvenir shopping at the airport or offsite (if you dare to go offsite).”

”Staff is incredible and the entertainment team was a blast! Tons of activities to do during the day and shows at night. Did water aerobics in ocean, dance lessons by pool too. The beautiful grounds were so nice to walk around and fun to see the peacock, ducks, and fish too. Would definitely return!”

”Tiedottaminen huonoa, ei tiennyt mitä kuuluu hintaan ja mikä maksaa erikseen, missään ei ollut tietoa ja piti erikseen käydä kysymässä. Perusravintolassa ei niin hyvää ruokaa. Paikkana aivan mahtava, monta kilometriä pitkä ranta, hyvä allas alue ja yleisesti viihtyisä.”

”We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! ”
